Who We Are
Apothecary Brewing Co. opened its doors in October 2025. We are a small-batch brewery and taproom focused on traditional beer styles, welcoming atmosphere and community connection. From rotating Craft beers and traditional ales, weekly trivia, live music and more, something great is always brewing.
Andy Poole, Co-Owner & Business Manager
With over a decade of experience in craft brewing, Andy brings a wealth of expertise in both business development and event planning. He's the go-to person for event bookings, room rentals, and collaborations. Outside of the brewery, Andy enjoys quality time with his wife, Julie, and their three cats. He's also a proud dad to three adult children and is a passionate (and boisterous) Eagles fan.
John Ponte, Co-Owner & Head Brewer
With more than 20 years of brewing expertise, John blends creativity and precision to craft our distinct beer offerings. His innovative approach to recipe development and commitment to quality are at the heart of every brew. Outside the brewery, John enjoys spending time with his wife, Josie, and their two dogs, Renfield and Allie, and cheering on the Flyers.
